  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always notify you if that happens.

If your country is not listed above, we do not offer shipping there at this time.

All orders are shipped with free standard shipping. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

💸 Shipping Costs

  • PRIVADA is not liable for delays due to customs.


📍 Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
We partner with trusted carriers such as YunExpress, 4PX, and USPS for reliable delivery.


📦 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can track your shipment through our Order Tracking Page or via the courier’s website.


🚫 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation.

  2. Check with neighbors or building staff.

  3. Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they actually arrive.
