🔁 Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required.

Items must be authorized for return before sending them back.

Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Once approved, we’ll provide:

⚠️ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Gift cards, sale items, or clearance products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

🔄 Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery — no reason required.
Eligible items must be:

Once we receive and inspect your return:

It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
